First UEC meeting and Temporary Charter

On Monday 9th June 2008 the UEC met at Giens during EURORIB08.
The elected Chair and Vice-Chair were respectively Angela Bonaccorso and Ari Jokinen.

The Temporary Charter was discussed and amended.
The present form can be further modified on the basis of the Users’s comments.
